Try this EPIC Workout Of the week…⠀

This workout is designed so its easy to follow and can be done anywhere with no equipment and suitable for your level of fitness.⠀ ⠀
It should take between 12 -15 minutes to complete⠀ ⠀
30’s Squats 10’s rest⠀
30’s Press ups 10’s rest⠀
30’s Lunges 10’s rest⠀
30’s Hill Climbers 10’s rest⠀
30’s Burpees ⠀ ⠀
30 seconds rest ⠀ ⠀
repeat 2 – 3 more times or until you can’t! ⠀
